Other information about our return policy and refund.
Shipping fees are refundable if you are residents of Quebec and that for some reason you need to return a product, we disburse the entire cost for this shipment and the total amount of the returned product. For questions regarding product returns, please contact Brave & Bearded using the number, call us toll-free available for Canada and the United States 1 (855) 561-4453. Please note that the deadline for return is 5 to 7 working days.
We accept returns as long as the article has not been washed, worn and sanitary bands and labels must still be attached to the article.
The time limit to request a return online is 10 days from the date of purchase. Please note that items purchased in the store can not be exchanged or redeemed in-store.
You have the possibility to seek reimbursement for items purchased only through our website via our email email@example.com or through our customer service at 1 (855) 561-4453. Make sure to keep the original copy of the invoice and the item you want to return to facilitate the operation. Please note that gift cards and additional gift boxes are not refundable.
Simply follow the instructions to complete a return:
Please contact customer service at 1 (877) 868-9790, Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. (EST) or e-mail the firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number received via www.bravenbearded com, a description of the item you want to return and the reason for return. Please contact our service representatives to customers that you are a customer of .com resident in Canada. According to the returned items, we will tell you the exact value of the rebate that you will enjoy. You will be entitled to the full amount of the item, taxes and applicable fees, less the costs of handling and brokerage, if any, of the return.
Bravenbearded.com will tell you the address of the returns center in Canada.
Clearly indicate our address as the recipient, on the package label. When you return items to bravenbearded.com, carefully wrap the items and send them to the address provided.
Insert the returned items and a copy of the delivery note in the original package. Please include any packing material.
Bring the package with a carrier, the post office or drop it from an authorized carrier to return to our Canadian address. You can also choose to insure your package for the full amount of the items.
Once received at our center returns, your package will be treated, usually within 10 working days after receiving the package.
Because of the different credit card companies, the time to onset of repayment on your monthly statement may vary. Reimbursement may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

NOTE: All online purchases MUST be returned by mail to bravenbearded.com. They can NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be exchanged or returned in a Brave & Bearded store. Refunds are processed after the items received. Refunds are granted in the amount indicated on the original receipt, including applicable taxes and fees. Shipping costs are reimbursed. The refund will be issued back to the credit card used for purchase. Reimbursement may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
All refunds are made according to the original method of payment within 10 days of confirmation of the refund.
You can cancel an order as long as we did not send you a shipping confirmation thereof. You can check whether or not we have sent confirmation by phone at 1 (855) 561-4453. If you have already received confirmation of shipment, you can not return the items ordered.
